You know baking soda but you didn’t know that it can absorb odors, make the bathtub shine… Kitchen, bathroom, laundry room… Discover all the uses of baking soda in my new reminder.
In the kitchen, Baking Soda unclogs grease, deodorizes and makes enamel and stainless steel shine:
- To unclog your pots, pans and dishes, cover the bottom with baking soda and then add hot water. Let soak for 15 minutes before rinsing.
- To deodorize your refrigerator by absorbing odors, place a wide-mouth jar filled with baking soda in the refrigerator.
- To make the enamel and stainless steel shine, prepare a paste of 3 parts Baking Soda for one volume of water. Rub with a sponge, then rinse and wipe dry.
In the bathroom, baking soda makes the tiles and bathtub shine, cleans the shower curtain and maintains the pipes:
- To make your wall tiles and bathtub shine, prepare a paste of 3 parts Baking Soda for one volume of water. Rub the surfaces to be cleaned with a sponge and rinse. Thanks to my baking soda paste, I make my bathroom shine from floor to ceiling.
- To clean your shower curtain, scrub it with a damp sponge sprinkled with baking soda. Rinse and let dry.
- To maintain your pipes, start by boiling water, then add white vinegar and a pinch of baking soda. Pour everything directly into your pipes.
In the laundry room, Baking Soda absorbs odors and softens the water in the washing machine:
- To absorb odours from your laundry :
- Sprinkle your dirty laundry with Baking Soda in your basket. When put in the washing machine, the most stubborn smells fly away.
- To make your textile air freshener, mix baking soda, water and a few drops of essential oil.
- To soften the water in the washing machine, add Baking Soda to the fabric softener tank.
